RETURNS MADE SIMPLE
Here at OWR SPACE, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to adore every moment with our products. If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, just drop us a line at owrspace@gmail.com, and we'll sort things out together.
We're happy to consider returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of your purchase, offering exchanges or store credit. However, please understand that we may need to decline a return if it doesn't quite meet the criteria. Unfortunately, our promotional items can't be returned, but we're sure you'll love them just as much as we do!
Remember, we can't process returns without chatting with you first, so don't forget to reach out.
DAMAGED GOODS? NO PROBLEM!
If you receive a product that doesn't look up to par, send us an email at owrspace@gmail.com right away. We'll happily arrange an exchange for any damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Just snap a few quick photos of the problem, and we'll take it from there!
LOST PACKAGES:
It's disheartening to say, but we can't take responsibility for packages marked as delivered but seem to have gone on an unexpected adventure.
If you find yourself in this pickle, don't hesitate to reach out to us pronto! We'll kick off an investigation with the mail carrier to try and hunt down your parcel.
Before hitting that "order" button, it's always a good idea to double-check your shipping address and ensure it's accurate.
Still concerned about potential package mishaps? No worries! Shoot us a message at owrspace@gmail.com before placing your order, and we can arrange for a signature confirmation upon delivery for added peace of mind. Just keep in mind, there might be some extra charges for this service.
